Role Summary

Lyon College is seeking a Curriculum and Programming Coordinator to support the planning, documentation, and continuous improvement of academic curriculum and related programming. This entry-level, full-time, onsite position helps ensure curricular information is accurate, processes are followed, and stakeholders have the materials and coordination needed to move initiatives forward.

Key responsibilities include coordinating curriculum updates and proposals, maintaining program records and schedules, preparing meeting materials and reports, tracking approvals and deadlines, and serving as a point of contact for routine curriculum and programming inquiries. You will collaborate with faculty and staff to keep information consistent and well organized.

Required qualifications/skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong attention to detail and document management skills
  • Clear written and verbal communication
  • Proficiency with common office software and spreadsheets
  • Ability to manage multiple timelines and maintain confidentiality

Compensation & Benefits

This full-time role offers a competitive salary range of $40,000-$45,000 along with a benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage;

A Typical Workday

Your day is spent onsite in Batesville, moving between focused desk work and scheduled touchpoints with colleagues. You'll review incoming items, update shared materials, and keep files and trackers current so information is ready when others need it. Midday may include attending a meeting to capture notes and confirm next steps, followed by time to format documents and assemble packets. Later, you'll respond to routine questions, reconcile details across sources, and prepare the next set of materials so the week stays on pace and organized.
