Job Responsibilities- Serve as Church Receptionist, Office Assistant for Pastor and Church Administrator.
- Maintain contribution records and assists Counting Team as needed
- Compose, edit and prepare correspondence
- Produce pre-formatted financial reports
- Project a responsible and positive attitude
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 - 5 years of CURRENT experience performing office clerical functions
- Proficiency in operating current computing technologies and software applications
- Includes Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other web-based applications
- Knowledge of modern office practices and procedures
- Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing
- Ability to deal effectively with the public
