Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Batesville, AR. The representative will provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for all patients and visitors. Daily responsibilities include answering phone calls, assisting with scheduling, handling customer concerns, providing accurate information about services, and collaborating with other team members to foster a welcoming and professional environment.

Qualifications
  • Customer service skills including Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Support
  • Experience in enhancing Customer Experience and delivering exceptional customer interactions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to provide professional and empathetic service
  • Problem-solving abilities to address and resolve customer concerns effectively
  • Proficiency in using phone systems, customer databases, and office technology
  • Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced healthcare setting
  • Preferred experience in healthcare customer service or a related field
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications in customer service or healthcare administration are a plus
