What You'll DoIn this role, you'll be a trusted resource for our customers across multiple channels-phone, email, messaging, and mail. Every interaction is an opportunity to make a difference.
Key responsibilities include:
Assisting customers with account inquiries and transactions
Supporting online banking and digital tools
Processing transfers and service requests
Providing timely, accurate, and friendly solutions
Building strong relationships through every interaction
What You Bring You're someone who genuinely enjoys helping others and takes pride in delivering exceptional service.
We're looking for:
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Previous customer service experience
Solid problem-solving abilitiesA professional, empathetic approach to every interaction
Bilingual applicants preferred
Bonus points for:
Banking or call center experience
