As a Financial Representative at Modern Woodmen, you play a pivotal role in addressing members’ financial needs, demonstrating leadership in the community, and supporting the continued growth of the local office.
Responsibilities- Address members’ financial needs
- Demonstrate leadership in the community
- Support the growth of the local office
- Recruit, train, and develop other financial representatives as the role expands
- Team spirited, enthusiastic, with a great attitude when facing challenges
- Competitive nature or experience as a former athlete (bonus)
- Genuine and authentic, with willingness and drive to contribute and achieve goals
- Required active financial licenses: SIE certification or willingness to obtain quickly;
Life/Health license or willingness to obtain quickly
