We are currently seeking a Personal Banker to join our team at our Headquarters Branch in Batesville. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, delivering outstanding customer service, and building lasting relationships with customers and coworkers alike.

As a Personal Banker, you will play an important role in creating a positive banking experience for our customers. Whether assisting with everyday transactions, opening new accounts, answering questions, or identifying solutions that meet financial needs, you will help bring our People First mission to life every day.

• Deliver friendly, accurate, and efficient service to customers
• Process a variety of financial transactions, including cash handling
• Assist customers with deposit accounts, debit cards, and other banking services
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services
• Build strong relationships through exceptional service and communication
• Support branch operations while maintaining compliance with bank policies and procedures
• Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming and customer-focused environment

Successful candidates will possess:

• Strong customer service skills and a passion for helping others
• Cash handling experience with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with computers and the ability to learn banking systems and technology
• Strong problem-solving abilities and professionalism
• A positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
