• Provide therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans
• Encourage patients, monitor progress, and maintain accurate documentation
• Collaborate with a supportive, team-oriented therapy department

• Active PTA license in Arkansas
• Strong clinical and communication skills
