As a Physical Therapist (PT), you will evaluate residents, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide skilled therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, function, and overall quality of life. You will lead and collaborate with the therapy team to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care in our skilled nursing environment.

• Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

• Provide skilled therapeutic interventions to improve strength, balance, mobility, and pain management.

• Supervise and collaborate with Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs).

• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate.

• Educate residents, families, and caregivers on therapy goals and home exercise programs.

• Ensure timely and accurate documentation in compliance with company and regulatory standards.

• Communicate effectively with physicians, nursing staff, and the interdisciplinary team.

• Participate in care plan meetings and team conferences.

• Active Arkansas Physical Therapist (PT) license.

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.

• Good standing with all licensing boards and regulatory agencies.

• Experience in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF) or long-term care preferred but not required.

• Familiarity with Net Health documentation system a plus.

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• In-House Therapy Team – No contracted services.
