Hours:

36–40 Hours per Week The Physical Therapist (PT) – Outpatient is responsible for evaluating and treating patients with musculoskeletal, neurological, and functional impairments in an outpatient clinical setting. This role focuses on delivering evidence-based rehabilitation, improving patient mobility, and ensuring high-quality patient care outcomes.

• Minimum 1–2+ years of Physical Therapist experience (Outpatient preferred)
• Valid Physical Therapist License – Arkansas (Required prior to start)
• BLS Certification (AHA – Required)
• Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT or equivalent)
• Strong knowledge of outpatient rehabilitation practices

• Experience in outpatient rehabilitation settings
• Familiarity with EMR systems
• Strong patient engagement and communication skills

• Outpatient Rehabilitation Clinic
• Onsite role in Batesville, AR
• Patient-focused clinical environment

• Must obtain Arkansas PT license before start (if not active)
• Must be flexible with schedule based on patient volume
• Ability to manage varied caseloads
