Role SummaryThe individual must have overall 6-8 years of experience in Fusion Financials Solution, have broad knowledge of the entire life cycle on Fusion Financials, Ability to work independently who will be aligned with all relevant teams for the implementation/support.
Roles & Responsibilities- Experience in implementing Oracle Fusion Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, AGIS, SLA, TAX) and Procurement (Self Service Procurement, Procurement, Supplier Portal, Supplier Qualification, Contracts).
- Functional knowledge of Financial Accounting, with implementation experience in Retail domain.
- Knowledge and experience of defining COA as per best practices.
- Must complete project lifecycle experience in Fusion Financials with a Minimum of 2-3 full life cycles implementation experiences.
- Must have experience in migrating financial data from EBS to Oracle Fusion.
- Should drive requirement gathering session along with BRD preparation and communication with stakeholders.
- Document MOMs from Meetings and keep stakeholder’s updates.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure the financial modules integrate smoothly with other enterprise systems.
- Driving System Integration Testing and supporting User Acceptance Testing of the data integration solution.
- Have managed User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions and familiar with writing UAT scripts.
- Possess the drive to make project deadlines using scope, resources, and time as levers.
- Be comfortable working with customers, managers, and other team members.
- Possess a positive attitude.
- Could translate technical concepts into terminology that non-technical people can understand.
- Be able to work as part of a virtual team, where team members can work all over the world.
- Pay attention to detail, be conscientious and self-motivated, possess excellent organizational skills, and deliver quality end results.
- Have ability to learn and leverage Oracle’s existing systems.
- A graduate degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field strongly preferred.
- 6 – 8 Yrs. experience on Oracle Fusion Financials and procurement with strong Application Development process, Design, Functional, Technical, UAT, SIT Go-Live.
- Proficiency in financial accounting for different processes.
- Must have excellent communication and people skills to interact with a wide variety of internal and external customers in the business.
- Excellent presentation skills, team management & motivation skills.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and certification is good to have.
