Peco-Foods is seeking an IT Support Specialist responsible for providing technical support in our Batesville, AR and Pocahontas, AR facilities. The ideal candidate will offer excellent customer service and technical assistance to internal and external stakeholders.
Minimum qualifications include an Associate degree in Information Technology and at least 3 years of IT support experience. Strong knowledge of Microsoft platforms and the ability to lift 50 pounds are essential. This position may require after-hours support as needed.
