• Drive a world‑class safety culture into daily operations
• Lead cross‑functional teams and programs to drive continuous improvement
• Drive sustainable improvements in factory cost through Lean Six Sigma, entitlement thinking, yield improvement, and plant productivity
• Track key metrics in the manufacturing process and communicate to employees and management
• Assure compliance with corporate and governmental safety, health and environmental rules, policies, and procedures
• Accountable to deliver improved results in EHS, Quality, Supply Chain Performance, Cost, and Employee Relations
• Live 3M values through all interactions with the plant population and the community

Company Vehicle:
This position requires driving a company vehicle, which will require pre‑employment and ongoing review of motor vehicle history for candidates who are offered and hired for this position.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start)
• Three (3) years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting in a private, public, government or military environment
• Five (5) years of manufacturing experience in a public, government or military environment
• Current Valid Driver’s license

• Five (5) years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution
• Experience in quarry or mining operation
• Demonstrated strong leadership ability
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification
• Ability to develop people and build a culture of trust and cooperation
• Excellent verbal and written skills

• This role follows an on‑site working model, requiring the employee to work 5 days a week at the 3M Little Rock, AR

Travel:
May include up to 10% domestic
