Responsibilities
- Process nonconforming material and manage the nonconforming material cage.
- Manage and control inventory in coordination with Material Management Departments.
- Provide training, coaching, and problem‑solving capabilities to technicians in other departments to ensure compliance.
- Review all documentation for completeness, accuracy and compliance with procedures.
- Update job instructions and maintain coordination among departments to ensure smooth, uninterrupted flow of work.
- Participate in project initiatives to improve product quality and manufacturing process, recommending corrective or preventive actions to assure or improve product quality or reliability.
- Assist in the implementation of corrective action on product and process failures.
- Drive continuous improvement and lean manufacturing methodologies into production through use of Kaizen tools.
- Ensure adherence to safety rules and good manufacturing procedures; report any issues related to manufacturing performance, process and safety to the team lead.
- High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and work experience in a technical field or product area.
- Excellent communication skills: speak, read, write.
- Computer skills:
Office products (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint). - Experience working in cross‑functional team environments and using effective interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize and multi‑task, and to perform with minimal supervision.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to make quick, sound decisions.

The estimated base salary for this position is $49,600 – $62,000 annually. Salary may vary based on market data, location, skills and experience.
