Industrial Painter

Bad Boy Mowers is seeking a skilled and dependable industrial painter to join our production team. This role is responsible for applying coatings to metal parts and equipment using spray guns and other application methods. The ideal candidate will have experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting and a strong attention to detail to ensure a high-quality finish on every product.

• Perform pre-painting activities on parts to prepare them for painting and assembly.
• Apply a variety of industrial coatings to fabricated metal products.
• Responsible for the application of industrial coatings in confined spaces.
• Help with arranging large objects properly for moving them during the coating application process.
• Responsible for lifting, stacking, and transporting all painted goods to the proper location for inventory storage.
• Must be able to use basic tools and equipment to ensure the operation moves correctly.
• Adhere to all OSHA procedures for storing and handling materials in the area.
• Responsible for reporting malfunctions of equipment to the supervisor.
• Must be able to contribute their effort to group tasks and goals.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and work in a hot temperature environment.
• Maintain painting equipment and keep the work area clean and organized
• Work with team members to meet production goals and deadlines

• Prior experience in industrial or automotive painting is preferred
• Familiarity with paint mixing, spray equipment, and surface preparation techniques
• Ability to read work orders and follow verbal/written instructions
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
