Overview
Matrix Medical Network is an independent provider of comprehensive in‑home health assessments. We deliver personalized care to older adults and at‑risk individuals across the nation.
ResponsibilitiesDuring a visit of up to one hour, providers review and observe a member’s current health, medical history, medication adherence, social environment and other risks. This assessment provides insight that is difficult to capture during routine office visits.
- Flexibility – Visits are scheduled based on your availability. We conduct assessments Sunday–Saturday from 8 am–7 pm. You can work during the day, evening, and/or weekend based on your schedule.
- Competitive Pay – Earn income based on the number of assessments you complete. Earnings range from $1,800 to $11,500 per month for 20–100 visits, based on a per assessment rate of $90–$115.
- Benefits – Mileage reimbursement, 401(k), employee referral bonuses, and limited voluntary benefits.
- Education and Support – Comprehensive onboarding training, a preceptor, 1:1 feedback, and free access to continuing education.
- Additional Licensure – Support to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing in neighboring states.
- Full‑time Opportunities – PRN providers can transition to full‑time roles and receive a sign‑on bonus.
- Master’s Degree or commensurate experience and satisfactory completion of NP licensure.
- Current NP licensure in state of practice to include prescription authority or ability to obtain prescriptive authority.
- Board certification (AANP, AACN, or ANCC) in Adult, Adult Gerontology Primary Care/Acute Care, Family, Emergency, or Acute Care specialty.
- Current BLS, ACLS or CPR certification.
- One year of NP experience preferred; new graduates encouraged to apply.
- Valid state driver’s license for the state of residence.
- Auto insurance coverage required or ability to obtain.
- Strong computer skills and familiarity with employee health/medical record software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Liability coverage: bodily injury $100k per person/$300k per incident; property damage $50k; collision & comprehensive deductibles $1k or less.
