What You'll Do:

• Provide specialized nursing care to surgical patients in the Operating Room under established protocols
• Collaborate with surgical teams and other healthcare professionals to ensure effective patient outcomes
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changes promptly during procedures
• Educate patients and families about perioperative care and post-operative instructions
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities
• Follow safety standards and maintain sterile techniques during procedures

What You Need:

• Required:
• Valid RN license in the State of Arkansas
• Minimum of 1+ year(s) operating room or related nursing experience
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Preferred:
• Previous surgical or perioperative experience
• BLS/ACLS certification
