As a Charge Nurse, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest quality of care is delivered to our guests around the clock.

• Provide direct patient care and supervision
• Develop and implement individualized care plans for residents
• Monitor and report any changes or concerns regarding residents' health
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure effective communication and care coordination
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports

• Valid Unencumbered Arkansas Nursing License
• Current CPR Certification
