Role Summary

Online Order Filling associates are responsible for locating, preparing, and packaging merchandise to fulfill online orders, ensuring accuracy, making substitutions, and consulting with customers to guarantee satisfaction.

• Locate and pick items for online orders while maintaining product quality and accuracy.
• Package orders and prepare them for customer pickup or delivery.
• Interact with customers during dispensing, answering questions and providing assistance.
• Shop for customers across departments and manage simultaneous tasks to meet service expectations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, and support fellow associates as needed.
