Customer Service Data Entry Specialist
OverviewYour Role:
The Customer Service Data Entry Specialist, drives sales through effective communication and timely processing of sales proposals and orders.
- Educate customer and sales representative on product portfolio, product features and additional accessories and services that are available.
- Maintain a knowledge base of products, services, and business ventures in order to answer inquiries or direct call to appropriate party.
- Enter proposals and purchase orders that are called or emailed in.
- Audit order pricing to ensure correct pricing is being calculated through information system.
- Partner with production planning and distribution on product availability and delivery expectations to meet customers expected delivery.
- Review all contracts and purchase orders as specified in Contract Review QS05468 guidelines and standards for Revenue Recognition and Sarbanes Oxley standards.
- Adhere to and administer company policies and procedures, including Discount Approval and Credit Return Matrix’s.
- Achieve department service level goals and KPI’s through prompt and courteous phone skills.
- High School Diploma or GED required (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- Customer Service Experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated organizational skills and strong attention to detail
- Validated customer service skills with the ability to upsell
- Proven ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- JDE experience is a plus

SalaryEstimated pay range: $48,000 to $60,000 annually.
