Overview:

Looking for an Maintenance Technician who can fix a leaky faucet, battle a rebellious toilet, and occasionally save the day when someone's AC decides to retire. ????

$17.00 to $19.00 hourly.
Monday through Friday with day shift hours except for the occasional emergency such as lockouts or a burst water pipe.

You'll be doing things like:
????️ General maintenance
???? Plumbing repairs
???? Basic electrical work
❄️ HVAC troubleshooting
???? Occasional emergency lockouts
???? Preventative maintenance and repairs

YOU MUST:
✅ Live within 15–20 minutes of Batesville, Arkansas
✅ Have a clean background
✅ Have a clean driving record
✅ Be dependable and able to work independently
✅ Know your way around basic tools and repairs

Weekends off (unless an emergency decides otherwise—because apparently pipes don't respect weekends ????).

Skills and Experience:

You must have experience in HVAC, electrical, and plumbing. You do not have to be certified, just have some knowledge in those area.
