ABOUT THE JOB
We are looking for qualified drivers for our Batesville store. Domino's offers a flexible schedule to fit your needs, with opportunities to grow within the company. You may work as a primary role or as a supplemental job to fit your lifestyle.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Operate all equipment as required.
- Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work area, and walk-in cooler.
- Prepare product and receive/process telephone orders.
- Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
- Maintain cleanliness of equipment and facility on a daily basis.
- Deliver orders within designated delivery area and adhere to safety procedures.
JOB REQUIREMENTS AND DUTIES
- You must be 18 years of age or older.
- Valid driver's license with a safe driving record meeting company standards.
- Access to an insured vehicle which can be used for delivery.
- Navigational skills to read maps and locate addresses within the delivery area.
- Ability to navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings.

QUALIFICATIONS
- General duties for store team members include operating equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing product, processing orders, taking inventory, and cleaning equipment and facilities.
- Training:
Orientation and on-the-job training provided. - Communication
Skills:
Ability to understand and communicate written and verbal instructions, and to process orders over the phone and in person. - Essential Functions/
Skills:
Basic math for making change, ability to enter orders using a computer or touch screen, and strong motor coordination.
WORK CONDITIONS
- Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions for outdoor tasks.
- In-store temperatures range from 36°F (cooler) to 90°F and above in some areas.
- Fumes from food odors and exposure to flour/cornmeal dust.
- Cramped spaces including walk-in cooler; hot surfaces up to 500°F or higher; sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.
SENSING
- Talking and hearing on the telephone.
- Near and mid-range vision for most in-store tasks; depth perception.
- Ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.
TEMPERAMENTS
The ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone or with others, work under stress, meet quality standards, deal with people, analyze data, and make judgments and decisions.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Standing:
Most tasks are performed from a standing position. - Walking:
Short distances for short durations; surfaces include ceramic tile and linoleum; working heights 36-48 inches. - Lifting:
Deliveries may involve items up to 50 pounds; cases can be stacked up to 72 inches high. - Carrying:
Large cans and sauce containers; trays of dough. - Pushing/Pulling:
Move trays on dollies; occasional pulling. - Climbing:
Occasional stairs or ladders for store maintenance tasks.
