We are looking for a dependable Custodian/Janitor to provide routine cleaning and custodial services at an assigned customer location. This position is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly environment while following established cleaning procedures, safety requirements, and service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors and other assigned areas
• Clean, sanitize, and restock restrooms
• Empty trash and dispose of waste in designated areas
• Clean spills and address routine cleaning needs safely and promptly
• Clean and maintain common areas, work spaces, and other assigned areas
• Restock and organize cleaning supplies as needed
• Safely use cleaning chemicals and equipment according to instructions
• Follow established cleaning procedures, safety practices, and customer requirements
• Complete assigned work independently and efficiently
• Report supply needs, maintenance concerns, safety issues, or other problems to the appropriate supervisor
• Perform additional custodial duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Previous janitorial, custodial, housekeeping, or commercial cleaning experience preferred
• Ability to understand and follow cleaning procedures and instructions
• Dependable and able to maintain reliable attendance
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision
• Ability to safely use cleaning chemicals and equipment

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during the work shift
• Ability to bend, reach, push, pull, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks
• Ability to perform the physical duties associated with routine custodial work

This is a Part-Time position Multiple shifts available: 7:00 AM to Noon and 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM.
