Wiring Technician (2nd Shift) Grenada MS
The Wiring Technician assembles, wires, tests, and troubleshoots electrical control panels for industrial chiller systems. This role requires reading electrical schematics, using hand tools, and ensuring products meet quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities- Assemble and wire electrical control panels from schematics and work instructions.
- Install electrical components such as relays, breakers, power supplies, and PLCs.
- Perform point-to-point wiring and electrical testing.
- Troubleshoot wiring and component issues.
- Conduct quality checks and document test results.
- Assist with mechanical assembly and chiller testing.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all safety and quality procedures.
- 1+ years of electrical assembly, panel wiring, or related experience.
- Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
- Experience using hand and power tools.
- Basic troubleshooting skills for electrical systems.
- Knowledge of industrial wiring practices and safety procedures.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Experience with PLC wiring.
- HVAC, refrigeration, or chiller experience.
- EPA Certification (preferred).
- Mechanical assembly experience.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Batesville, MS.
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
