Overview

- Communicate effectively to both patient/resident and nursing team members to ensure confidence and consistent care.
- Build serving relationships with patients/residents, family members, and other team members.
- Champion quality care and advocate for the quality of life and customer experience.
- Certified in the state as a Certified Nursing Assistant.
- Long‑term care experience preferred.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Ability to read, write, and accurately report.
