Compensation

• Base pay range: $14.00‑$27.00 per hour
• Actual hourly rate will be equal or exceed the minimum wage applicable to the job location
• Additional compensation may include annual or quarterly performance incentives, and premiums ranging from $0.35‑$3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed

Janitorial associates ensure customers have a great first and last impression of our stores. They maintain cleanliness from the parking lot to the restrooms and receiving areas, creating a clean and safe environment.

• Maintain cleanliness of store premises including parking lots, restrooms, and other areas
• Perform regular cleaning tasks to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for customers and employees
• Assist with inventory of cleaning supplies and report shortages
• Follow safety and sanitation guidelines in accordance with Walmart policies
