Provide customer service by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location;
Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, manage visitor access, and document security-related activity for a busy food and beverage location;
Respond to incidents, access issues, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while communicating with site contacts and/or emergency personnel as needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols around access points, receiving areas, and the perimeter to deter unauthorized entry and identify unusual activity;
Support screening of employees, visitors, vendors, and deliveries in accordance with location protocols while maintaining logs and reports
