Optum is seeking an Onsite EAP Counselor to join our Behavioral Care team in Hackensack, NJ. This is a per diem, hourly role with 8 hours per week, requiring two 4-hour shifts weekly (Tue 7:00am–11:00am; Thu 3:00pm–7:00pm CT).
The position is non-exempt and paid hourly. The counselor will provide onsite services to customers, including assessments, referrals, consultations with HR and managers, crisis intervention, and training.
