At Soho House, as a Teeny Assistant you will ensure that all children in your care have their needs met while maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment in the Teeny House. You will play a vital role in creating a fun and engaging experience for children while ensuring their safety and wellbeing at all times.
This position requires a caring, responsible, and proactive approach to childcare, along with strong communication skills to interact with children, parents, and colleagues.

- Meet all children’s personal needs including nappy changing and toileting at all times
- Report back any safeguarding or illness concerns you have to the management team
- 8 hours per week
- Previous experience working with children in a nursery, playgroup, or childcare setting
- Knowledge of safeguarding, child protection, and basic first aid
- Friendly, patient, and enthusiastic personality
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organised, reliable, and able to work effectively as part of a team
- Ability to handle feedback to achieve member satisfaction
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast‑paced environment
- Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
