As one of our Assistant Managers, you could earn in the region of circa 43,000 per year:

• Base Salary:
  Between 32,000- 34,000 per year depending on experience
• Tronc:
  Estimated between 7,000 - 8,500 annually. Our tips are shared equally across the team based on hours worked.
• Bonus:
  Up to 3,000 annual additional bonus potential
• Overtime Pay:
  Get paid for any hours worked beyond your contracted hours at your normal hourly rate - no pre-approval required.
