Kitchen Porter; supporting front of house

Company Description

We are looking for a KP to join the team at Bath Pump Room, this role will be a front of house position, supporting with the preparation of hot and cold drinks, keeping coffee stations clean and clear and supporting the front of house team with any ad hoc duties to ensure service is smooth for our guests.

The Pump Room has been the social heart of Bath for more than two centuries, and boasts amongst its previous patrons Jane Austen and Charles Dickens.

Job Type: Full Time 40hr contract

Hourly Rate : £plus TRONC

This would be a 5 out of 7 day, Monday to Sunday role based on 40 hours per week.

• To ensure all working areas are clean and tidy
• Provide a friendly, efficient and hygienic service to all customers.
• To be flexible to work in all areas of front of house
• To support the front of house team with any tasks they require
• To ensure all areas are stocked for service eg coffee, milk and other refreshments
• To learn how to make all hot and cold drinks
• To receive, count, inspect and store goods and / or equipment and dispensing or disposing them to / from departments as and when required.
• Report immediately any incidents or accidents, fire, theft, loss, damage, unfit food, or other irregularities and take such action as may be appropriate
• Report any broken equipment to the Managers on shift
