The Bath Priory (part of the Brownsword family of hotels) has a great location in Bath, just a short walk from the city centre, with a bus stop right outside. The hotel is a Georgian house with 33 bedrooms built in honey-coloured Bath stone and is surrounded by four acres of gardens. We are proud to have won awards at 5‑star level for over ten years and are seeking new personalities to join our family.

We pay our team service charge each month. This amount goes into one pot, and 100% of it is shared among all team members at the hotel. The service charge can be around £160 a month (close to £2000 per year) over and above base pay, for a full‑time employee.

As a Food & Beverage Assistant you will work closely with both the front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house team to ensure our guests not only have a wonderful time but also make memories to last a lifetime.

We welcome applications from candidates with no experience; this role is all about personality and attitude and we can teach you the rest.

• Serve a variety of dishes and familiarize yourself with the menu to advise guests who ask for help.
• Build close relationships with colleagues, often becoming friends, and foster teamwork across departments.
• Ensure all guests have a memorable experience.
• Participate in cross‑department support and teamwork.
