Lime Recruit is looking for a pro-active F&B Supervisor to support a busy restaurant. The ideal F&B Supervisor will have rosette experience and have worked at supervisor level previously.
The Role- Assist the F&B Manager in the day to day operations of the hotel
- Ensure high standards are being maintained across all areas
- Responsibility for stock management and ordering
- Duty management shifts for the hotel
- A hands on role overseeing and developing a team
- Gain feedback to improve all aspects of the customer journey
- Experienced Supervisor or Manager from a high end or rosette background
- Calm under pressure with a track record of training and developing staff
- Ability to provide a memorable dining experience in a busy environment
- Well presented, enthusiastic and passionate
- Up to £22,000 per annum
