As one of our Assistant General Managers, you could earn in the region of circa £46,000 per year:

• Base Salary:
  Bewteen £33,500 and £38,000 per year depending on experience
• Tronc:
  Estimated between £7k - £8.5 annually. Our tips are shared equally across the team based on hours worked.
• Bonus:
  Up to £3.5k additional bonus potential
• Overtime Pay:
  Get paid for any hours worked beyond your contracted hours at your normal hourly rate - no pre‑approval required.
