Dukes Bath is seeking a confident Guest Experience Lead who loves guests, thrives on variety and can help keep the day running smoothly. The role is hands-on, guest-facing and requires hotel operations know-how across reception, reservations and guest services.
You will be seen as a calm, warm presence during shifts, balancing front office tasks with breakfast service and ad hoc admin while upholding high standards across all guest touchpoints.
