Air conditioning service and maintenance engineer, fault find and fix, PPM's.

A leading national mechanical engineering provider seeks a Senior HVAC Service and Maintenance Engineer to add to their South West AC team. The role focuses on commercial planned preventive maintenance contracts and emergency fault find and fix call‑outs on commercial HVAC VRF / VRV air conditioning systems from the main HVAC manufacturers.

• Extensive previous hands‑on experience servicing HVAC systems
• Highly capable at fault find and fix
• F‑Gas, hydrocarbons, refrigeration and air conditioning qualifications or certifications; manufacturer training is an advantage
• Strong teamwork and communication skills, client facing and internal regional team cooperation
• Knowledge of chillers and commercial heat pumps is an additional benefit
• Experience working up on the tools as an apprentice, either with or without Level 2 or Level 3 HVAC certifications

This long‑established company is one of the largest M & E service providers nationally. With growth in national contracts they are expanding their London team. Their HVAC service engineers have extensive and advanced knowledge on servicing systems from the top air conditioning manufacturers, and Senior Service Engineers are highly skilled at advanced fault finding and fixing.

Base salary £50,000‑£55,000 plus bonus. Working 37 hours per week with additional overtime and no weekend shift rota. A company van or van allowance, pension, private healthcare, dental, 27 days holiday plus bank holidays.
