Electricians Required – Residential Development (Commercial Installation Works)

We are currently seeking 2 experienced Electricians to join our team on a large residential construction project.

Rate: £28 pounds an hour

Role Overview

The successful candidates will be responsible for carrying out the commercial electrical installations within a multi-unit residential development. Duties will include first and second fix installations, containment systems, wiring, lighting, power distribution, testing, and commissioning works.

Key Responsibilities

* Installation of containment systems including tray, basket, conduit, and trunking

* First and second fix electrical installations

* Installation of lighting, power, and emergency lighting systems

* Reading and interpreting electrical drawings and specifications

* Working safely and efficiently to programme deadlines

* Ensuring all work complies with current regulations and site standards

Requirements

* Valid ECS/JIB Card

* Previous experience on residential or commercial construction projects

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

* Strong understanding of current wiring regulations

* Own tools and PPE preferred
