Electricians Required - Residential Development (Commercial Installation Works)

We are currently seeking 2 experienced Electricians to join our team on a large residential construction project.

Rate: £28 pounds an hour

The successful candidates will be responsible for carrying out the commercial electrical installations within a multi-unit residential development. Duties will include first and second fix installations, containment systems, wiring, lighting, power distribution, testing, and commissioning works.

• Installation of containment systems including tray, basket, conduit, and trunking
• First and second fix electrical installations
• Installation of lighting, power, and emergency lighting systems
• Reading and interpreting electrical drawings and specifications
• Working safely and efficiently to programme deadlines
• Ensuring all work complies with current regulations and site standards

• Valid ECS/JIB Card
• Previous experience on residential or commercial construction projects
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong understanding of current wiring regulations
• Own tools and PPE preferred
