Whether you’re starting fresh or changing careers, we provide full City & Guilds Assured training at our training centre in the North East of England and pair you with a dedicated mentor to help you become a fully qualified White Goods Engineer – Field Based. No experience in white goods repair necessary, but we are looking for candidates with previous hands‑on mechanical or electrical experience and using tools.

• Learn to repair and maintain household appliances including washing machines, tumble dryers, refrigerators, dishwashers, and electric cookers.
• Visit customers’ homes to diagnose issues and carry out repairs safely and efficiently.
• Build on your mechanical/electrical experience to troubleshoot and solve problems on site.
• Record and manage job details using our in‑house engineer software.
• Follow guidance from your mentor while building your skills and confidence.
• Provide excellent customer service, explaining repairs clearly and professionally.
• Continuously develop your technical skills through structured training and on‑the‑job experience.

• Salary: £31,500 to £32,000 (depending on experience) – inclusive of £5,000 per annum high‑cost‑living allowance for candidates living within the BA postcode area. Salary reviewed once signed off training.
