What you'll be doing

Carrying out Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs) across domestic portfolios.
Completing remedial works and repairs following testing to ensure installations meet current standards.
First and second fix electrical installations in domestic properties.
General electrical maintenance, fault finding, and repair work.
Ensuring all digital certification and compliance paperwork is completed accurately and submitted via a provided laptop & Easy Cert.

What we'd like from you

You will have a strong electrical background. While electrical expertise is the priority, additional multi-trade experience (e.g., minor making good/carpentry related to electrical installs) will be beneficial.

Essential qualifications and requirements you'll have:

NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installations (or equivalent apprenticeship)
City & Guilds 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS 7671:2018)
City & Guilds 2391 (or 2394/2395) Inspection and Testing qualification
Full clean UK driving licence

Bonus/desirable qualifications and requirements:

Gold Card (JIB/ECS)

Experience with Solar PV or EV charging installations

You must hold a valid, clean UK driving licence as driving is required for this position.
