Domestic Gas Service and Breakdown Engineer - Bath

Salary: £43,000 - £48,000 basic Plus call-out & overtime

Standard hours of work: 42.5 hour week working 8am - 5pm
Overtime available and call-out essential

Working on Social Housing & Local Authority contracts conducting all breakdown jobs, diagnosing, fault finding, repairs, maintenance and servicing/LGSR s.

Role:

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Domestic Gas Service and Breakdown Engineer to join their growing team in Bath; the successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Carrying out day-to-day repairs
  • Fault finding
  • Completing annual servicing visits
  • Meeting first-time fix targets
  • Maintaining high-quality standards
  • Focusing on customer satisfaction
  • Attending jobs on time, notifying the contact centre/customer of any delays

The successful candidate will have:

  • Valid ACS & other relevant gas qualifications
  • Full UK Driving Licence (less than 6 points)
  • Experience with in Social Housing desirable, but not essential
  • Experience delivering high levels of customer service
  • The ability to work with a diverse customer base
