Unlike fast-paced commercial or industrial roles, this position offers a consistent Monday-to-Friday schedule with no shift work, allowing you to enjoy a better work-life balance while still applying your skills and  this role, you'll carry out planned and reactive maintenance across a range of electrical systems including lighting, power distribution, and building services equipment, with work spread across a well-maintained estate.

This role would suit someone who takes pride in their work and is looking for a long-term, stable position in a team where the pace is manageable and the environment is supportive.

The Role:

* Planned and reactive maintenance across electrical systems
* Working on lighting, power, and building services
* Fault finding, testing, and repairs
* Supporting small installation and improvement works
* Maintaining high standards across a well-kept site
* 8:30-17:00 37 hours a week

The Person :
* NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)
* 18th Edition preferred
* Experience in maintenance or building services
* Looking for a stable, long-term role
