In this role, you’ll carry out planned and reactive maintenance across a range of electrical systems including lighting, power distribution, and building services equipment, with work spread across a well‑maintained estate.

This role would suit someone who takes pride in their work and is looking for a long-term, stable position in a team where the pace is manageable and the environment is supportive.

• Planned and reactive maintenance across electrical systems
• Working on lighting, power, and building services
• Fault finding, testing, and repairs
• Supporting small installation and improvement works
• Maintaining high standards across a well‑kept site
• 8:30-17:00 37 hours a week

• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)
• 18th Edition preferred
• Experience in maintenance or building services
• Looking for a stable, long-term role
