We are a property development and maintenance company based in Bath.
The job will involve working on both the planned and reactive side of the business and also on a for the vast portfolio of properties we look after. We are looking for an individual who has extreme attention to detail and enjoys diversity.
Responsibilities:
* Reporting directly with senior management to fully understand job requirements
* Take measurements and calculate the size and amount of material needed to provide estimations
* Install, Modify, inspect, test all types of gas and plumbing installations
* Inspect places and conduct repairs and maintenance
Requirements:
* Full basic domestic gas qualifications
* Experience of servicing, breakdowns and installations will be required
* Excellent communication skills with all team members and clients alike
* Excellent customer service skills
* Full driving licence
* Can do attitude towards tasks
* Able to make quick decisions under own initiative with an appreciation for commercial consequences
* Excellent understanding of plumbing techniques and methods of installation and construction
* Proficient in using electrical and manual equipment and measurement tools
* Ability to read technical documents and drawings
* Willingness to follow safety guidelines at all times
* 1 week out of 4 on a call out rota
