Vehicle Technician Monday to Friday | Main Dealer Environment | Overtime Paid at 1.5x Rate

Are you an experienced Vehicle Technician looking to join a successful main dealer with excellent long-term career prospects?

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a busy and well-established automotive dealership in Bath, representing two leading vehicle brands. Working within a modern workshop environment, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality servicing, maintenance and repair work while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

The Role

As a Vehicle Technician, you'll be responsible for carrying out servicing, repairs and diagnostic work to manufacturer standards, ensuring vehicles are maintained safely and efficiently.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Performing routine servicing and maintenance
  • Carrying out mechanical repairs and fault rectification
  • Completing vehicle health checks and inspections
  • Diagnosing and repairing vehicle faults
  • Conducting MOT tests if qualified and licensed
  • Ensuring all work is completed accurately and efficiently
  • Maintaining a clean, safe and organised workshop environment
  • Working closely with Service Advisors and fellow technicians to deliver excellent customer service
About You

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

  • Previous experience servicing and repairing vehicles
  • A Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance & Repair qualification (desirable)
  • Strong diagnostic and fault-finding abilities
  • Excellent attention to detail and quality of workmanship
  • The ability to work effectively within a team environment
  • An MOT Tester qualification (advantageous but not essential)
