Lead a safe, nurturing classroom that meets Head Start standards.

• Leading & Planning: Creating developmentally appropriate activities for all children.
• Family Partnership: Building individual education plans and conducting home visits.
• Empowerment: Supporting low‑income families and encouraging parent involvement.
• Growth: Tracking development and engaging in professional training.

• Education: Associate’s degree in early childhood education (or equivalent).
• Heart: A genuine interest in working with preschoolers and our community.
• Skills: Strong communication, tech‑savviness, and a collaborative spirit.
• Physicality: Ability to bend to a child’s level and lift up to 40 lbs.
