Fisher-Mitchell School – Elementary Autism/Developmental Delay Program (Grades 3-5)

RSU 1 seeks one full‑time Special Education Educational Technician II candidate and one full‑time Special Education Educational Technician III candidate to work at Fisher‑Mitchell School in the Elementary Autism/Developmental Delay Program. The ideal candidates will be flexible, organized, kind, and compassionate team players able to work in a fast‑paced environment. Familiarity with ABA programming, trauma‑sensitive care, and behavior management practices is preferred.

Prior successful experience working with elementary public school special education students is beneficial.

• Ability to collaborate with board‑certified behavior analyst, supervising teacher, and colleagues
• Ability to maintain positive relationships with students despite challenging behaviors
• Ability to collect data in various formats

• Current Educational Technician II or III certification
• Current Criminal History Records Check (CHRC)
