Educational Technician II
RSU 1 requires two full-time Special Education Ed Tech II candidates to work at Dike-Newell School in the Student Support Program. The ideal candidates are flexible, organized, kind, compassionate team players and can work in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with ABA programming, trauma-sensitive care, and behavior management practices is preferred. Prior successful experience working with elementary public school special education students is beneficial.
Location:
Dike-Newell School, 34 Wing Farm Parkway, Bath, ME 04530.
Contract:
Full-time.
- Ability to collaborate with supervising teacher and colleagues
- Ability to maintain positive relationships with students despite challenging behaviors
- Ability to collect data in various formats
- Current Educational Technician II Certification
- Current Criminal History Records Check (CHRC)
