• Review all Fiserv EFT and Master Card fraud reports.
• Research, resolve, prevent, and mitigate fraud related to ATM and debit card transactions.
• Maintain integrity of customer database and information on Fiserv and Premier systems, reviewing daily EFT reports.
• Review, research, and update Fiserv services and ensure compliance with Master Card and Regulation E regarding ATM and debit card transactions.
• Administer IRA/HSA program, including monitoring transactions using dedicated reports and auditing documentation.
• Exercise independent judgment under moderate supervision.
