Position SummaryFull‑time Direct Care Counselor, Oliver Place Program, located in Bath, Maine. The role involves working with adolescents and their families in a residential setting. Candidates should be creative, energetic, positive, and independent, and should enjoy collaborating as part of a team.
ResponsibilitiesWork directly with program participants and their families to support their mental and behavioral health goals within our residential program.
Qualifications- Bachelor's or higher in Human Services or a related field (preferred).
- High school diploma or equivalent (required).
- Degree or experience in Human Services or related field and prior experience working with adolescents preferred.
Prior experience working with adolescents is preferred.
