At NFI North, we strive to create a world where mental and behavioral health services are readily accessible for everyone creating A Place to Belong. NFI North provides mental health and behavioral support services to people facing life challenges. We design diverse and innovative programs that provide a high level of structure within communities of care when a person or family is in need.
Our goal is for people to grow, have hope, thrive in their community and feel like they belong.
NFI North’s Oliver Place has an opening for a Clinical Coordinator in the beautiful city of Bath. This program serves youth 14–20 years old with behavioral health challenges. We specialize in a strength‑based approach using evidence‑based practices, multi‑systemic teams and lots of fun. Our program is a small, home‑like environment and our goal is to provide the most natural setting possible.
We also work with many community members including the garden club and ARTVAN to provide a variety of clinical modalities.
The Clinician is responsible for the clinical services and supports direct care staff with many clinical aspects of their role, participation in on‑call coverage for the program, and two cases of community‑based HCT cases. Clinical work one day could be working through the stressors of making a meal or it could be facilitating a family session. We embrace creative, thoughtful, and participant‑driven treatment.
